Lady Waving Statue
The statue was commissioned by the city of St. Clair and designed by artist Mino Duffy Kramer. The mother, son & dog exemplify a family waving to the passing freighter with husband & father aboard. The garden club did the plant design and maintains the flowers in the elevated stone planter at the heart of Palmer Park.
